What to expect
Your No Sweat Intro, minute by minute.
- Walk in. Arrive a few minutes early — your coach will greet you at the door.
- Tour the gym. Main floor, equipment, wellness center, locker rooms.
- Conversation (20–30 min). You sit down and talk through goals, training history, any limitations, and what you want to change.
- Recommendation. Based on that conversation, the coach recommends the best starting point — Foundations, group classes, or personal training.
- No pressure. You leave with a clear path. Many members come back for a second visit before signing up — that's fine.
