What to expect

Your No Sweat Intro, minute by minute.

  1. Walk in. Arrive a few minutes early — your coach will greet you at the door.
  2. Tour the gym. Main floor, equipment, wellness center, locker rooms.
  3. Conversation (20–30 min). You sit down and talk through goals, training history, any limitations, and what you want to change.
  4. Recommendation. Based on that conversation, the coach recommends the best starting point — Foundations, group classes, or personal training.
  5. No pressure. You leave with a clear path. Many members come back for a second visit before signing up — that's fine.
