Why we publish it

No sales call required.

Most boutique gyms hide pricing behind a lead form. If you're trying to work out whether a gym fits your budget, you shouldn't need a phone call to find out. Every membership above is month-to-month: no annual contract, no initiation fee, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Not sure which tier? Pick by how you'll actually train. Facility and wellness center without coached classes, $69. Training three or more times a week in coached classes, $199 — what roughly two-thirds of members choose. A specific performance goal like a HYROX race or a return to sport, $999. If you're between two, start with the cheaper one; upgrading later takes about 30 seconds.

Best for

You haven't trained this way before, or you're coming back after time off. Thirty minutes with a coach — a tour, your goals, and a clear recommendation. No workout.

Drop-In Class

$30/class

Best for

One coached class while you're in town, or anyone who's already used their free first class. Wellness center included.

Buy Drop-In

Book and pay online and the waiver is part of the same checkout — nothing to sort out at the door. 24 hours notice is helpful but not required; text (720) 964-1505 and we'll fit you in. The free No Sweat Intro is a conversation, not a class — if you already train and just want a workout, take the drop-in instead.

Included with every membership

What you actually get.

  • Wellness center access. Steam sauna, cold plunges, compression boots, and peptide therapy — recovery tools usually reserved for high-end clinics, bundled into every tier.
  • 24/7 facility access. Train on your schedule, not ours.
  • A gym where the owners train alongside you. Programming stays in-house, written by Megan Markee (2× CrossFit Games Semifinalist) in collaboration with owner April DiGiannantonio.
  • No hidden fees. No initiation, no annual fee, no surcharges.
  • Month-to-month freedom. No contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice.

Is Unlimited worth it at $199 a month?
It's our most popular membership. It includes unlimited CrossFit classes, Prime Vitality (55+), the wellness center (steam sauna, cold plunges, compression boots, and peptide therapy), and 24/7 facility access. Roughly two-thirds of members choose it, because the bundle costs less than the pieces and unlocks the recovery amenities.
What's included in the $69 Open Gym tier?
