Strength & conditioning for adults 55+.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM
Included with Unlimited membership. Designed specifically for the 55+ body — strength work, barbell training, functional movement, scaled appropriately.

How often should I come per week?
3–4 times per week is the sweet spot for most members. 2× per week works for maintenance. 5–6 days per week is typical for competitive athletes.
Can I drop in without scheduling?
Yes, but 24 hours' notice is ideal so we can plan for space. Call or text (720) 964-1505 and we'll fit you in.
What if I can only make certain times?
Most members pick 2–3 times per week that fit their schedule and come consistently. The consistency matters more than the frequency.
