Alpine runs 10+ coach-led CrossFit classes on weekdays, plus Saturday and Sunday morning sessions, a dedicated Prime Vitality program for adults 55+ on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, and wellness center hours throughout the week.
Every CrossFit class capped at 15 athletes.
