Most senior fitness classes are low-impact cardio and light stretching. Prime Vitality is different — it's strength-and-conditioning work specifically scaled for the 55+ body.

You'll do barbell work, functional movement, and high-intensity training designed to build strength, maintain independence, and improve quality of life as you age.

Prime Vitality tracks your progress — literally. You're building strength, managing your body weight, improving your aerobic capacity, and maintaining the functional movement needed to live independently and play with grandchildren.

Prime Vitality at Alpine attracts adults 55+ from across the metro — some brand new to fitness, some who trained decades ago, some who are active CrossFit competitors in the Masters division.

You're training alongside people at your life stage, which changes everything about the experience.
