Liz Kushner is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) at Alpine CrossFit with more than a decade of coaching experience. An active competitive athlete, Liz qualified for the 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals in the Women's 35–39 age group and has coached out of multiple Denver-area affiliates before making Alpine her home. She's also Alpine's resident class clown — the coach whose presence makes every class memorable, whether she's dialing in a clean or cracking up the room mid-WOD.
