Foundations.

Foundations is how most people start at Alpine. It's private, one-on-one coaching that teaches the core movements before you join a group class: squat, deadlift, press, pull, and carry.

You don't need to get in shape first. Every movement scales down as far as it needs to. Foundations is four private one-hour sessions, plus a month of Unlimited so you can start classes right away.

Good for: anyone new to this style of training, or coming back after time off.

When: scheduled one-on-one with your coach.

Cost: $249 one-time, including your first month of Unlimited.

Group classes

CrossFit.

Our core group class. Sixty minutes, coach-led, and capped at 15 athletes. Each class has an intro, a warm-up, strength or skill work, a workout of the day, and a cool-down.

Workouts are programmed in-house and constantly varied. Beginners and lifelong athletes do the same workout, scaled to their own version of hard. A coach is on the floor the whole hour, adjusting load, range of motion, and complexity as you go.

Good for: well-rounded fitness, community, and variety.

When: Monday–Friday 5:30, 6:30, 8:00 AM · 12:00, 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 PM. Saturday 8:00, 9:00 AM. Tuesday is endurance day.

Strength

Strong AF.

Strong AF is our strength class. It's built around the big barbell lifts, plus accessory work that supports them. You build strength week to week and can track your progress over time.

It's coached and scaled like every class at Alpine, so you don't need lifting experience to start. If you already lift, it gives you structure and a coach watching your form.

Good for: getting stronger, building muscle, and anyone who wants more lifting than a mixed class gives.

When: Monday 4:30, 5:30 PM. Tuesday and Thursday 6:30, 7:30 AM. Wednesday 5:30 PM. Saturday 7:00 AM. Starts October 26.

HYROX-style

Hybrid.

Hybrid mixes running, HYROX-style stations, and strength-endurance work. Think sleds, rowers, SkiErgs, carries, and wall balls between runs. Alpine is an Official HYROX Training Center, and Hybrid is where that training happens week to week.

You don't need a race on the calendar to join. It's a great fit if you like to run and lift, or want a class that builds your engine.

Good for: HYROX racers, runners who want to get stronger, and hybrid athletes.

When: Wednesday 7:00 AM, 4:30 PM, starting October 26. Sunday 8:00–9:30 AM. Tuesday is endurance day across every class, a great fit for hybrid athletes.

Yoga and recovery

Downshift.

Downshift is a 45-minute yoga and recovery class on Sunday mornings. It's slower on purpose: mobility, breath, and time to reset.

Downshift starts November 1. It will evolve based on feedback from the people who come regularly, including the style of class and whether to add breath work, meditation, or mindset work.

Good for: everyone. All levels and all bodies are welcome, and everyone benefits.

When: Sunday 9:45–10:30 AM, two Sundays a month, starting November 1.

Adults 55+

Prime Vitality.

Prime Vitality is real strength training for adults 55 and over. Barbell work, functional movement, and steady strength gains, scaled for the 55+ body.

It's coached by Lisa Arcangel, a CrossFit Masters Semifinals qualifier. You don't need any lifting experience. Every movement is scaled to where you are.

Good for: staying strong, keeping your balance and bone density, and training with people at your stage of life.

When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 10:00 AM.

What are Strong AF, Hybrid, and Downshift?
Strong AF is our strength class, offered across the week starting October 26. Hybrid is our HYROX-style class on Sunday, with Wednesday classes added October 26, and Tuesday is endurance day across every class, a great fit for hybrid athletes. Downshift is a 45-minute yoga and recovery class on Sunday mornings, twice a month starting November 1. Strong AF and Hybrid are set formats. How long is a class?
60 minutes. The schedule runs early-morning, lunch, and evening classes Monday through Friday, plus weekend mornings. Unlimited members also have 24/7 facility access for open gym.
How many people are in a class?
Every CrossFit class is capped at 15 athletes. That keeps every member on the coach's radar and ensures real individual attention, even in the busiest hours.
What is the Foundations program?
Alpine's on-ramp for new members: private one-on-one sessions where a coach teaches the core CrossFit movements — squat, deadlift, press, pull, carry — in a low-pressure setting before you join group classes. You graduate when your coach is confident you can execute the movements safely in a group class.
Do you offer yoga or recovery classes?
Yes. Downshift starts November 1. It's a 45-minute yoga and recovery class on Sunday mornings, 9:45–10:30 AM, two Sundays a month. Downshift will evolve based on feedback from the people who come regularly, including the style of class and whether to add breath work, meditation, or mindset work. See the schedule →
What is Prime Vitality?
Alpine's strength-and-conditioning program for adults 55+, running Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 AM. Where most senior fitness classes stick to low-impact cardio, Prime Vitality teaches barbell lifting, functional movement, and measurable strength progression, scaled appropriately. Included with Unlimited. Learn more →
