Almost everyone starts for a specific reason — a photo, a diagnosis, a birthday, a moment of not recognising themselves. Then months pass and the reason becomes a habit.

Habits are good. But when the habit wobbles, the reason is what you fall back on, and it helps to still know what it was.

Today's challenge: Write down, in one sentence, what made you walk in the first time.
