What's new at Alpine: facility upgrades and new classes this fall
Alpine CrossFit in Wheat Ridge is finishing a facility upgrade and adding three new classes in late October: Strong AF, Hybrid, and Downshift.
We've been busy. Here's a quick look at what's changing at Alpine this fall.
A better space to train
Construction is wrapping up. New flooring is going in, along with five fully equipped power racks, new dumbbell and kettlebell storage, and a bigger rig on the CrossFit side. We're also finishing a co-working and recovery lounge, so you can train, recover, and get some work done in one place.
New programming cycle
Our in-house programming is moving to a rotating cycle. That means more balanced weeks, smarter recovery, and more variety. We're also bringing back some old-school CrossFit: benchmark workouts, max testing, and a whiteboard to celebrate everyone's progress.
New classes starting late October
We're adding three new class types, starting with a six-week trial:
- Strong AF. Strength-focused. Olympic lifting and power work, then strength, then accessories.
- Hybrid. HYROX-style training that blends running, strength, and conditioning.
- Downshift. Yoga and recovery, led by Tori, a registered yoga teacher, with an optional sound bath at the end.
Class times will be posted on our schedule as we get closer. Check back in late October.
