What the Clock Doesn't Measure

A score captures the workout. It doesn't capture the work.

What the Clock Doesn't Measure

It is not the man who has too little, but the man who craves more, that is poor.

— Seneca, Letters to Lucilius 2

Two people finish the same workout in nine minutes. One held a hollow position on every rep; the other threw their back at it. The whiteboard shows one number and hides everything that mattered.
