In the same way, if you wish to be temperate, practice temperance; if you wish to be brave, practice bravery.

Think about the movements you crushed today, or the ones you still struggle with. They aren't random. They're the sum of countless repetitions, deliberate efforts, and the consistent choice to show up, even when it's hard. Your body and mind are sculpted by what you consistently do.
Greatness isn't born overnight; it's built brick by brick, rep by rep. The person you want to be, inside and outside the gym, is forged through daily habits. So, ask yourself: what actions are you consistently taking to become that person?
Today's challenge: Today, identify one small, consistent action you can take to improve a weakness, whether it's scaling a movement or practicing five minutes of mindfulness.
