A tweaked shoulder does not mean six weeks on the sofa. It means legs, it means core, it means the patient unglamorous work most people skip when everything is available to them.
Athletes who come back strongest are the ones who trained the parts that still worked. The injury took some options away. It did not take the hour.
Today's challenge: If something hurts, ask your coach for the version you can do rather than skipping the day.
