Strength Through Adversity

Think about the times you've felt truly alive, truly strong.

Strength Through Adversity

No man is more unhappy than he who never faces adversity; for he is not permitted to prove himself.

— Seneca, On Providence 4.4

Think about the times you've felt truly alive, truly strong. Was it when everything was easy, or when you pushed past a limit, faced down a tough WOD, or navigated a personal struggle? It's in those moments of friction that we discover what we're made of, not in comfort.

Today, don't shy away from the hard parts. Embrace the discomfort, the burn, the mental push. These are the proving grounds for your character and resilience. You are built by what you overcome.

Today's challenge: During today's workout, when you feel like quitting, mentally thank the challenge for the opportunity to prove your strength.
