Show Up Unmotivated

Marcus wrote a note to himself about not wanting to get up. The most disciplined man in the Roman Empire needed a written argument to leave his bed.
That should be reassuring. Not wanting to train is not a character flaw or a sign you should quit. It is the ordinary condition, and it has nothing to do with whether you go.
Today's challenge: Go on a day you don't feel like it, and let the session be mediocre.
