The fear that stops people signing up is the fear of being watched — of being the worst one there, visibly. It is almost entirely imaginary.
Everyone in a class is absorbed in their own breathing, their own rep count, their own suffering. The attention you're dreading does not exist. What does exist is a room of people who remember being new.
Today's challenge: Go to the class you've been avoiding because you thought you weren't ready for it.
