Think about your last WOD. Did you obsess over the scale of the weights, the performance of others, or the clock ticking down? These are externals, largely outside your immediate control. The only thing truly yours to command was your effort, your form, your mental fortitude, and your attitude towards the challenge.
Today, bring that awareness to everything. You can't control the weather, traffic, or someone else's mood. But you can control your response, your work ethic, and your integrity. Stop wasting energy on what isn't yours to govern; direct it instead to what you can master.
Today's challenge: Before your next set or task today, identify one thing you absolutely can control (like your breath or your focus) and commit to mastering only that.
