Stepping into the gym, especially when learning a new movement or pushing a new weight, often brings a fear of looking foolish. We want to be good immediately, to impress, to avoid the awkwardness of struggle. But true progress isn't found in avoiding that initial discomfort; it's forged within it.

Greatness isn't about instant perfection, but about the willingness to be a beginner, to learn, and to fail publicly. Let go of the need to appear competent and embrace the messy, imperfect process of growth. You're here to get better, not to prove you're already the best.

Today's challenge: Today, pick one movement you're not great at and intentionally focus on form and learning, even if it means slowing down or lifting lighter.
