Workout of the Day
Find your 5 rep max.
After warm-up, Take 3 sets to work up to a solid set of 5 reps: 5-5-5
For time:
150 Wall-ball shots
*Make all of the wall balls count –  No reps for missing the target and missing depth – make them good!

Olympic Lifting
Drop Snatch 1×5, 1×5, 1x5x3
Clean pull FF-Full Clean 1×3, 1×2, 1x2x2
Front Squat 1×5, 1×5, 1×3-1×2, 1×20
Snatch Pulls FF 1×3, 1×3, 1x3x3
50 Toes through rings/4×25 GHD Sit ups
5x40yd sprints
