Broad jump burpee from garage door to end of mats

    OMG! This looks like a killer. I’ll be ready but what are farmer walks? Maybe in another month I will know all the exercises!

    How much more weight? Did you see Trish’s post yesterday about women pushing themselves working out? It was awesome!
