ALL CLASSES ARE NOW HELD AT ALPINE 2.0!  Address: 12090 W 50th Place 80033
Teams of 2 complete a 20min AMRAP of:
15 Barbell jump squats 45/33
Indoor suicide sprint
5 Wall walks
*Only one partner may work at a time during the sprints and barbell jump squats – partner A is resting while partner B performs the jump squats and sprints and vice-versa.  However, both partners may overlap and complete their wall walks at the same time.

Some of Alpine 1.0's materials didn't fit in cars that well...like Mo's Lats...so we decided to OH carry them to the new jam. Good thing we're only 3 blocks away!

I know there has been a lot of excitement around our place with the move but here are some big events coming up in the near future:

1)  Pink Bra Tour (Barbells for Boobs) at CrossFit Unbroken in Englewood October 19th.  It’ s on a Wednesday and heats start at 4:30. The workout is “Grace”  – 30 cleans & jerks for time. Proceeds benefitting Mammograms in Action. You can register here for $35 https://www.barbellsforboobs.com/event-registration/?regevent_action=register&event_id=105&name_of_event=AmazingGrace-CrossFitUnbroken. As always, the weight can be scaled!  Consider this one MANDATORY as we will be programming “Grace” at Alpine this day and there will be NO 4:30pm, 5:30pm, or 6:30pm classes on Wednesday Oct 19th.  We will also have a sign-up sheet and carpooling info at Alpine this week.  Lets bring a good turn-out!
2)  31 Heros WOD at CrossFit LoDo.  This Sunday September 11th 9:00am-12:00pm.  This is a partner WOD benefiting the families of the helicopter crash tragedy on August 6th, 2011.  This of course also coincides with the September 11th memorial.  Many other CrossFit gyms across the Nation will be participating in this WOD on this day as well.  Sign up here. Also check out the Facebook invite for more info here.
3) Colorado 9/11 Stair climb hosted by West Metro Fire.  This Sunday September 11th starting at 8:00am at Red Rocks Amphitheater.  The stair climb is an un-timed walk aimed at using physical activity to remember the events and people of September 11th. The route is designed to equate to 110 stories, the height of the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers.  Register and learn more here.  I know several Alpiners are already signed up for this one.
4)  The first ever Mud Brigade — presented by Crossfit Loveland — at the Ranch/Budweiser Event Center in Loveland, CO (near our Warrior CrossFit Challenge site). It is a 5k-ish mud run with many obstacles (climbs, carries, crawls, etc….). This run benefits our local first responders (Poudre Fire Authority and Loveland Police Explorer Program).  Sign up and learn more here.
5) FGB6 (Fight Gone Bad #6) more to come on this one…
