    Sounds like a good one – 30 DU is about perfect for me – it’s achievable but I get lots of practice 🙂

    Jeeez yeah they are!! That is pretty sweet of them to be pushing so hard!! Good job ladies keep it up! I think the next WOD 13.3 will be a clean & jerk with double unders!!

      Ooooh nasty combo but I’m thinking there will be a heavy barbell movement, high skill (DU’s), and or some kind of hanging movement (TTB or pull-ups)
