C – Standing Banded Alphabet ea. Side spelling “Alpine CrossFit”

1st, Form Check:

-Stance, Jump & Landing (no rope)

– Hand Position: Jumping with Hip Taps (no rope)

-Single Under with “1-2” count out loud.

-Double Under Practice

-Green Pole to Green Pole past ends of the rig x 2.
