We are excited to announce that we have another life changing event happening at your home gym. We just signed up to be a location to host the financial guru Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. We feel like first and foremost your health and fitness should always be a top priority in your lives, and that’s what we dedicate ourselves to is helping you reach your goals and be healthier. However, this is another area of life that we know sometimes people may need some guidance with that we would like to help with also. That’s why we want to be host to such an amazing class to have some experts shine some light on the subject.
What you need to know:
-9 week class starts October 9th (will take 10 weeks to get through)
-Sunday evenings at 5pm in the gym
-Cost is $93 that includes entry plus all of the materials
-This class is open to everyone including the public, family, and friends.
-You get help with creating a budget, saving money, getting out of debt, investing, paying off mortgage, insurance,  saving for kids college, etc. Learn more here

Workout of the Day
Four sets of:
Deadlift x 4-6 reps @ tempo of 21X1 (same as back squats from Tuesday)
Rest 30 seconds
Accumulate :30-:60 seconds of an “L-Hold” Either hanging or on parallettes or boxes
Rest 2 minutes

*the 2 seconds will start at the top of the lift. 2 seconds lower down, 1 second pause on ground, Xplode from a dead stop, 1 second hold at top before starting next rep


5 Rounds for Time:
5 Hang Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)
100 Meter Run
