Ok ok ok sorry I guess I wasn’t quite done with the Legends posting because we are programming Events #1 & #2 for today:
Workout of the Day
2014 Legends Competition Event #1
Part A: Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
3 Deadlifts 225/155
3 Overhead Squats 105/75
6 Deadlifts
6 Overhead Squats
9 Deadlifts
9 Overhead Squats
12 Deadlifts
12 Overhead Squats
15 Deadlifts
15 Overhead Squats
18 Deadlifts
18 Overhead SquatsPart B: Immediately following the 7 minute barbell couplet, complete as many reps as possible in 100sec of:
Handstand Push-ups

Reps Part A + Reps Part B = Total Score for Event #1

Then, after exactly a 5:20sec break, 
2014 Legends Competition Event #2
For Time:
Row 500m
Run 400m
-Finish line will be back through the roll-up door to get your time
