Ouch! Come in on Friday and find out why you hate running and why it is causing you injuries.

Tomorrow we will be working on running technique during ALL of the Friday classes.  We will spend a quick 20min in each class to learn the skills of efficient running.  Please please PLEASE watch this 10min video so we can get a “running start” on Friday’s class.
