    Yes since Lena was an over achiever and did a 300m run we are now doing a 300m run for the last of the three 🙂

    Running based WODs usually generate a lot more conversation than this! Great day for it… Added 15 lbs to my Back Squat PR, so I got that going for me… which is nice.
