This Saturday we will be doing another fundraiser for the Everyday Warrior Challenge just like we did earlier this year for Garik’s girlfriend Sarah Devito. We will be programming the final WOD of the series for Saturday and we would love to see a big turnout for this. Since it is a fundraiser we are asking if you do participate to bring some cash to donate. If you would like to contribute but can’t make it in, then feel free to donate HERE
We are looking forward to a good turnout and a lot of money raised for a great cause!!


Workout of the Day
5 sets of:
Dumbbell Shoulder Press x 5 reps
Rest 60-90 seconds
Farmer’s Carry x 100 Meters (down and back 3 times inside the gym)
Rest 60-90 seconds

**if you are able to get all 5 reps on press, then increase weight on the next set
**go heavy on Farmer’s Carry


4 Minute AMRAP of:
4 Strict Pull-Ups
8 Push Presses (95/65 lbs)

Rest 4 minutes, and then . . .

4 Minute AMRAP of:
15 Kettlebell Swings (70/55 lb)
15 Push-Ups
