1) Heavy KB-Swing x 5 + 3 Broad Jumps

2) Explosive Pallof Press w/ Slow Return (R-Side) x 5

3) MB Sit-Up Throw x 5

4) Explosive Pallof Press w/ Slow Return (L-Side) x 5

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 11 minutes:

KB Power Snatch – 5 Reps

Strict Chin Ups – 5 Reps

Burpees – 5 Reps

*For single arm KB Power Snatch, use any arm.
