3 Rounds:

-Single Arm KB Bottoms up Walk x 50ft, each side(Arm is not overhead, but at 90 degrees)

-6 Banded Hip Extensions

-6 Floor to ceiling jumps

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

With a Partner, complete:

-100 Wall Balls(20/14#)

-100 Power Cleans(135/95#)

-1 Mile Run

**Only one person working at a time. The run is split however you like, you two just need to accumulate 1 mile.**
