Goodbye old gym! A bittersweet goodbye. You’ve seen us through some ups & downs, some sweat & tears. Your walls have heard some profanity and a lot of cheers. Pounds were lost here and strength was gained. We bid you a fond farewell, but be sure the community of friends and family that was formed here will remain.
After the WOD on Saturday, we ask you to offer a bit of your time to help finish getting the new place put together and the “old” place cleaned and repainted. We’ll be working Saturday and Sunday this weekend. Thank you!
