8:00am Class for Alpine members only please

9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  Come try us out complimentary with no obligations – today is a great first timer workout!

General Gym Hours 8:00am-5:00pm  *Reminder that there is no lifting in the North room Saturday and Sunday as we are hosting Rachel Crass’ Two Day Advance Weightlifting Clinic.  You can still register: $250 for both days or $150/day

Sunday General Gym Hours 9:00am-3:00pm


Workout of the Day
Five Rounds:
4 Min to work, 1 Min Rest between rounds
500m Row
then with remaining time in 5 minute window AMRAP Lateral Burpees over rower.  
Score is total number of burpees over 5 rounds
