Follow the Leader:
Performed in groups of 3, Person 1 starts on the Rower, while person 2 and 3 wait for them to finish. Once Person 1 is off the rower they move on to Wall Balls while Person 2 starts the row and Person 3 waits, so on and so on. Athlete cannot move on to the next exercise until the person in front of them finishes. Cheering and encouraging teammate is required. Enjoy the rest time if you have to wait
