And congrats also to Tracy for her first kipping pullups!!! Whoop!! Starting next Saturday: There will be an 8:00 WOD for current members. 9:00 For you to bring your friends & family or anyone interested in trying CrossFit. This class will be less technical. We will also be offering an Olypmic lifting class and Open Gym on Saturday as well. Keep your eye on your email and here for more info next week!! We also HIGHLY, STRONGLY suggest everyone have their own jump rope. We have a few more Speed Ropes for sale @ $11 each. We also have more coming in. This is ideal as you can adjust your rope to the correct length instead of trying to find one/ fix one etc… during class. You can also practice those double unders on your own as well!!
