9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  Come try us out complimentary with no obligations – today is a great first timer workout!


Workout of the Day

In teams of two, with only one partner working at any time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
100 Double-Unders
80 Kettlebell Swings 55/35 lb
60 Wall Ball Shots 20/14 lb
40 Burpees
20 Toes to Bar

**2 minutes of DU practice. NO single unders. Its time to learn these things.
