8:00am Class for Alpine members only please

9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  Come try us out complimentary with no obligations – today is a great first timer workout!

Workout of the Day:
In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
100 Kettlebell Swings 55/35 lb
100 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24″/20″
100 Wall Ball Shots 20/14 lb
