400m Indoor Run
30 Slam Balls 40/30
30 Wall Balls 20/14
*Indoor run = 8 LAPS or 16 LENGTHS
*Outdoor run if you want to boss out!
*Slam Balls in O-lift room & Wall Balls in both rooms
