Happy Halloween!! Today is a fantastic day to put on your best costume and we will vote on best costume of the day! Its not uncommon for Alpiners to dress up on Halloween 🙂
Prizes for top costumes will get your choice of 3 Kill Cliffs or 3 RX Bars

Workout of the Day
Back Squat!!
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat x 2-3 reps @ tempo of 30X1 Using 85% of 1RM

*Spend just about 10-15 minutes warming up to your working weight


2 Minute AMRAP x 4 sets of the following:
Row 250 Meters
Max Reps of Squat Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Rest 2 minutes between sets
