Field day is tomorrow! Please arrive at Stenger Soccer Fields by 8:00 (58th and Simms–enter just East of Simms, do not go to the Quail Street entrance) We will be on the SW corner by the round-a-bout

We will warm-up at 8:05 and start the events at 8:15. Anyone you know who might want to join in the fun is welcome!

Please remember, there will be no classes in the gym Saturday, but the gym will be open.


Warm-up (No Measure)

400 m jog

Banded hamstring floss 90 second each leg

2 rounds:

10 air squats

10 push ups

10 pass throughs

B: Specific Warm up (No Measure)

Wrist streches w/ coach as you warm up your WOD weight


A: Metcon (Time)

For Time:

800-600-400m run

20-30-40 Pull-ups

10-15-20 Clean and Jerks (135/95) (Rx+ 185/125)

Immediately followed by a 200m sprint, with no bag, for time
Sand bags on the runs

for (Rx+=4/3 bags)

200 m run
