Happy Birthday to a special 5:30am-er. One of the toughest, deadlifting, marathon running, downhill skiing 60 year olds we know. Its always a pleasure having you in class, Stan. You bring plenty of whit, sarcasm, and laughs to the people who need it the most (that poor 5:30 class)
We hope its the Best Birthday Ever! Now lets lift some weights!

*Set 1 – 50% x 8 reps
*Set 2 – 60% x 6 reps
*Set 3 – 70% x 4 reps
*Set 4 – 75% x 2 reps
*Set 5 – 85% x 2 reps
Rest 3 minutes between sets.
