This is a 2 month re-test for most of you as we last did Baseline on Dec 17th. We will be posting your previous times for you to crush.  Bring your game face!

    It was awesome to come in today and see/hear about how much everyone improved on this baseline workout in just two short months!! 🙂 everyone who participated did amazing!!
