This Saturday we will be doing another fundraiser for the Everyday Warrior Challenge just like we did earlier this year for Garik’s girlfriend Sarah Devito. We will be programming the final WOD of the series for Saturday and we would love to see a big turnout for this. Since it is a fundraiser we are asking if you do participate to bring some cash to donate. If you would like to contribute but can’t make it in, then feel free to donate HERE

Workout of the Day
Every 3 minutes, for 24 minutes (8 sets) of:
(power position, mid-thigh, then floor)
Build in load over the course of the 8 sets, emphasizing good speed and mechanics.
In teams of two, alternating complete rounds, perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
8 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
8 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
