Workout of the Day
4 Sets of:
Weighted Pull-Up x 2-3 reps
Rest 15-20 seconds
Strict Pull-Up x Max Reps
Rest 15-20 seconds
L-Sit x 30-45 seconds (accumulated)
Rest 2 minutes

*Weight should be challenging on the weighted pullups. If you don’t have weighted or unassisted PU then use the most challenging band that only allows you to get 2-3 reps regardless.
*If you dont have at least 5-6 unassisted pullups then use a band that allows you to get at least that many and then go for your Max Reps
*Use parallette bars as RX legs straight out. Scale by using hands on two boxes with knees bent but knees still at same height as hips.
