So I have watched this video like a zillion times and I still can’t decide if it inspiring or just flat out demoralizing. Do I want to be just like Dan or is that unachievable? I dont know but this video is sick. Have fun with one of the original CrossFit Girls! GRACE!!!!!!!

Workout of the Day
Clean & Jerk (full squat clean and split jerk)
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes (10 sets)
