You’ll be doing 1-1, one hour sessions with a coach to get you ready for classes. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and build intensity with you at an appropriate level based upon your current level of fitness.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
The number of sessions needed to be ready for classes varies based upon your fitness background, coordination, mobility, etc. Most people go through 4-5 sessions.
