A: 3.5 years. My coworker Andy Stewart was a member of Alpine.

A: My wife and I have been married for 19.5 years. We have two daughters. I am a Civil Engineer and I enjoy when a construction project is complete and everyone is happy with the result.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY AT ALPINE CROSSFIT?
A: I enjoy completing Hero WODs and beating my time from the previous year.
Q: WHAT WAS YOUR WORKOUT REGIMEN BEFORE JOINING ALPINE?
A: I used to go to the rec-center or do home workouts like p90x.
Q: HOW HAS CROSSFIT AFFECTED YOUR LIFE OUTSIDE OF THE GYM?
A: I feel healthy and strong. I have been relatively consistent and that gives me confidence.
Q: IF YOU COULD WRITE A BOOK, WHAT WOULD IT BE ABOUT?
A: I would like to homestead in Alaska and then write a book about my successful ranch/farm.
Q: WHAT CATEGORY WOULD YOU BE LEAST EXCITED/MOST EXCITED TO SEE ON JEOPARDY?
A: Broadway musicals (least), Bible (most)
Q: WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST WORKOUT, AND WHAT DID YOU THINK AFTER DOING IT?
A: A 20 minute partner workout where we alternated running a 200m and flipping huge tires outside.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE WOD?
A: Hero WODs are my favorite. 5000m row or 100cal AB are the worst.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENTS?
A: My favorite movements are cleans and snatches. My least favorite is burpees.
Q: WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE A NEWBIE JUST GETTING STARTED AT ALPINE CROSSFIT?
