-Athlete 1 will perform 21 Deadlifts. Once they finish their partner will continue to complete 21 Deadlifts. They both will continue this format throughout the remainder of the workout.

Team 400m Run (Sub divided 300m Row)
Syncro 21 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)
All-Hanging 12 Pull-Ups (Each athlete must accomplish 12 pull-ups but repetitions will only count if all teammates are hanging at the same time. Note you can do syncro pull-ups as all athletes will be “hanging”)
