The Bear Complex
Complete 5 Rounds of 7 Reps:
  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push Jerk
  • Back Squat
  • Push Jerk
Each rep will be a power clean, to a front squat, to a push jerk, to a back squat, to a push jerk. Repeat 6 more times to complete 1 round. Repeat for 5 rounds total. You must keep your grip on the bar for the duration of each set (ie all 7 reps).  You must also touch-and-go on the ground at the beginning of the power clean (you cannot rest on the ground).  Rest when the bar is on your back rack or in your mid section.  This is also a strict Bear complex so you cannot squat-clean-thruster the weight (in the video they are doing thrusters).  Rest as needed between sets.
Focus on your movement and maintain solid technique and posture today and you will crush it!!!

      The squats aren’t that bad on this one, Holly. Its the presses and racking the bar which are taxing. As crazy as it sounds the squats are almost a rest/break.

    The squats were a rest break for me, I had a nice tingling burning sensation in my shoulders and arms when I was done with this wod. It was bearfantastic 🙂
